"Not bad for the price"
The blinds are decent and they fit okay, so no big complaints there. I just thought the quality would be a little better for what I paid. They do the job, but they feel a bit pricier than they should be for what you get.

"Sorted quickly, even though I felt a bit brushed off at first"
I had a small issue with fitting my blind and emailed them about it. At first I felt a bit dismissed, like it maybe wasn’t being taken that seriously, but to be fair they replied quickly and sent out the correct part without any hassle. In the end it got sorted fast, which I appreciated...

"Really nice blinds for the price"
Overall, I’m happy with these blinds. They feel solid when you handle them, not flimsy or cheap, and once they were up they actually looked nicer than I expected. There was one small mark on the side, but it’s in a spot where you don’t really notice it unless you’re specifically looking for it, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. For the price, I think the quality is good and they do the job well.

The site was easy enough to get around, at least from what I could tell. I found the blinds quickly and checkout was straightforward too. Maybe I just got lucky or wasn’t looking too closely, but I didn’t really run into any issues

It showed up faster than I thought it would, so that was nice. The box had a tiny dent on it, but everything inside looked fine. Overall, a easy delivery experience.

"Delivery turned up when promised"
I ordered a blind from Keylite Blinds and overall I was happy with it. I can’t remember if it was due on the Tuesday or Wednesday now, but it definitely arrived on the day they’d told me, which was a nice change compared with some online orders I’ve had.

The only reason I’d knock it down slightly is that the tracking didn’t really update much, so I was a bit unsure for a while. In the end though, it turned up fine, was well packed, and I haven’t really got any complaints.

"I really liked the range of colours..."
I really liked the range of colours and designs available, and there were some really nice options to choose from. It did take me a while to decide because there was quite a lot to look through, which was a bit overwhelming. But overall, I’m happy with my choice and pleased with what I picked.

I had to reach out to customer service about my order. They did get back to me eventually, and the person was nice enough, but it took longer than I thought it would. It got sorted in the end, though at first I wasn’t really sure what was going on. So yeah, it was fine I guess.

"Ordering was more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept glitching and messing up. It made the whole process annoying, and it also made me wonder a bit about the overall quality if the ordering system is already this unreliable

"Not the best fit"
So... I ordered based on the sizing info on the site, but the blind still ended up being short on one side. I tried adjusting it a few times, but it still doesn’t sit quite right. For the price, it was frustrating
